1.2 We reserve the right to delay processing or cancel an order if there are issues with payment verification, product availability, or shipping address validation.
1.3 You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed. -
Shipping Methods and Carriers
2.1 We may ship products using our own delivery services or through third-party shipping companies ("Carriers") at our discretion.
2.2 Available shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process based on your delivery location and the weight/dimensions of your order.
2.3 We are not responsible for any additional services offered by Carriers, including but not limited to signature requirements, delivery notifications, or insurance, unless explicitly selected during checkout. -
Delivery Locations

3.2 For international shipments, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
3.3 We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by customs authorities or restrictions in the destination country. -
Delivery Times
4.1 Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and are based on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
4.2 Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed, as they depend on the shipping method selected, destination, and potential delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, delivery is the responsibility of the Carrier. -
Tracking Information

5.2 Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become available after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues
6.1 If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with other members of your household, neighbors, or building management before contacting us.
6.2 Report missing packages to service@fokstore.com within 7 days of the reported delivery date.
6.3 If your order arrives damaged, please contact service@fokstore.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and products.
6.4 We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your order. -
Undeliverable Packages
7.1 If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery at your expense or process a refund minus original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the Carrier.
7.2 Undeliverable packages not claimed within 30 days of notification may be disposed of, and a refund will not be processed. -
Shipping Restrictions
